AFKG CUSTOMER POLICY

Terms of Service

These terms explain how customers may use the AFKG Automotive Diagnostics website, place orders and purchase professional automotive diagnostic equipment, software and related services.

Effective date: 7 September 2026. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About AFKG

AFKG Automotive Diagnostics is a Ghana-based retail and wholesale supplier of automotive diagnostic tools, key-programming equipment, workshop technology and related support. References to “AFKG”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean AFKG Automotive Diagnostics. “You” means any visitor, customer or organisation using the website or purchasing from us.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or act with the authority of a legally registered business, to place an order. You may not use this website or any product purchased from AFKG for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorised purposes.

You agree not to interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected information, misuse another customer’s account or reproduce website materials without permission.

3. Product information and compatibility

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, included accessories and specifications accurate. Manufacturers may update packaging, software, interfaces or specifications without notice, so minor differences may occur where the product’s main purpose and functionality remain unchanged.

Vehicle coverage and functions vary by vehicle make, model, year, region, control unit and software version. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. AFKG may assist with guidance, but such guidance does not replace manufacturer coverage checks or professional assessment.

4. Orders, availability and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes accepted when AFKG confirms availability and payment or otherwise confirms that processing has started. Products are subject to stock availability, supplier confirmation and successful payment verification.

We may contact you to verify an order, request additional product or vehicle details, correct an obvious pricing error, propose an alternative item or cancel an order where stock, security, payment or supplier issues prevent fulfilment.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected website currency and may change without notice. Delivery, installation, programming, activation, customs or other applicable charges will be communicated where relevant. Orders are processed only after the required payment is confirmed. Any bank, mobile-money, card-provider or conversion charges outside AFKG’s control remain the customer’s responsibility.

6. Processing and delivery timeframes

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment and stock availability are confirmed. After processing, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within Accra and Tema and 3–7 business days for other locations in Ghana.

Special-order, pre-order or imported products normally require 7–21 business days. Where a different timeframe applies, AFKG will clearly notify the customer before completing or dispatching the order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after payment and order confirmation and may be affected by stock availability, courier operations, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and remain available to receive the order. Full details are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Software, subscriptions and programmed items

Software licences, update subscriptions, online activations, downloadable services, programmed devices, cut keys and customised items may be linked to a serial number, account or vehicle. Once activated, registered, programmed or supplied, they may be non-transferable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied by AFKG.

8. Warranty and technical support

Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer and stated sales terms. Warranty normally covers verified manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, impact, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, incorrect installation, electrical damage, altered serial numbers, unsupported vehicle procedures or normal wear. AFKG may inspect the item or refer it to the manufacturer before approving a repair, replacement or other remedy.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Order cancellation, return eligibility and refund processing are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms of Service.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AFKG or its licensors own the website content, branding, graphics, text and original materials. You may view the website and print reasonable information for personal purchasing purposes, but you may not republish, sell, reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute protected material without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, AFKG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incorrect programming, unsupported vehicle procedures, unauthorised modification, business interruption or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Third-party services

The website may use or link to payment providers, couriers, manufacturers, software platforms or external websites. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply, and AFKG is not responsible for services outside our control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when our services, suppliers, payment methods or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Where possible, the parties should first attempt to resolve any concern directly and in good faith.

Questions may be submitted through our Contact Us page, by phone on 050 932 0375 or 053 016 7647, or by WhatsApp using the contact options displayed on the website.
