THINKSCAN MAX 2

Description

The THINKCAR THINKSCAN MAX 2 is a compact wireless diagnostic tablet designed for serious DIY users, technicians, mobile mechanics and smaller professional workshops.

It provides OE-level all-system diagnostics, AutoVIN, full OBD-II functionality and more than 28 maintenance/reset functions.

Compared with the original THINKSCAN MAX, the MAX 2 adds support for CAN FD, expanding compatibility with newer vehicles.

Vehicle communication is handled through a Bluetooth VCI, allowing technicians to move around the vehicle while performing diagnostics.

Current documentation lists lifetime updates for the core diagnostic platform, but some advanced manufacturer-specific service/coding software can require renewal or a separate licence after the included period. AFKG should state this clearly rather than advertising every advanced function as permanently subscription-free.
