Description

The AUTEL MaxiSYS Ultra EV is an advanced diagnostic solution specifically designed to provide comprehensive diagnostics for electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, petrol and diesel vehicles. It combines the powerful capabilities of the MaxiSYS Ultra platform with specialised high-voltage battery and EV diagnostic functions.

The system provides detailed analysis of EV high-voltage systems, including the ability to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes, monitor live data and analyse battery condition. Battery pack testing can be performed through the vehicle’s OBD connection or directly using compatible specialty cables and adapters.

For electric and hybrid vehicle diagnostics, the Ultra EV provides detailed system diagrams, component information and connection guidance designed to help technicians perform high-voltage testing correctly.

The system includes a dedicated EVDiag Box together with the MaxiFlash VCMI 5-in-1 communication and measurement device. The VCMI provides vehicle communication, J2534 pass-thru programming capabilities, oscilloscope functions, waveform generation, multimeter functions and CAN BUS testing.

Its large high-resolution touchscreen and topology mapping capabilities make it suitable for professional workshops handling both traditional internal-combustion vehicles and modern EVs.
